In answer to your letter No. 511/1907 and dated 22nd instant re the alteration of charge (A) made against me on the 19th of January, 1907, I most respectfully beg to inform you that during the whole of the year 1905 I was getting all my poultry for the use of myself from the Fux Cheong Wo Lee Poultry Lan No. 17, Ko Shing Street, and that all moneys due for the said poultry was paid by me for which I have a receipt supposed to be for all money due up the 9th of the Chinese 4th month. This was paid in the presence of a witness.
